100% natural tea leaves hand-picked in Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng – a region with cool climate and mineral-rich red basalt soil.
The tea is scented with natural bergamot and citrus essential oils, producing a bright amber liquor with classic black tea character and vibrant citrus top notes.

Temperature & time: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 30 g
Syrup/Juice: 30 ml (or 45 ml jam/smoothie)
Lime/Calamansi: 5 ml
Ice: 50 g

B. Milk Tea Brewing
Ratio: 10 g tea / 200 ml water (1:20)
Temperature & time: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 20 g
Creamer: 20 g
Ice: 200 g

Applications: Citrus-based fruit teas, Earl Grey milk tea, macchiato, cold brew and modern milk foam series.
