The tea showcases the deep character of “Tứ Quý” oolong, with natural aroma and a thick, luxurious finish – perfect for recipes that require a clear, multi-layered oolong base.

100% oolong tea leaves hand-picked in Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng.
Through pan-firing, semi-fermentation and special leaf selection, the tea produces a bright golden-brown liquor, pure oolong aroma and a thick, long-lasting sweet finish.

A. Fruit Tea Brewing
Tea Base: 300 ml
Tea/Water Ratio: 1 : 30 (10 g tea / 300 ml water)
Brew at 85°C for 15 minutes
Sugar: 30 g
Syrup/Juice: 30 ml (or 45 ml jam/smoothie)
Lime/Calamansi: 5 ml
Ice: 50 g

B. Milk Tea Brewing
Tea Base: 200 ml
Tea/Water Ratio: 1 : 20 (10 g tea / 200 ml water)
Brew at 85°C for 15 minutes
Sugar: 20 g
Creamer: 20 g
Ice: 200 g

Applications: Premium oolong milk tea, macchiato/foam, fruit tea or cold brew where a rich, sophisticated finish is desired.
