Black Tea No.1 is Cát Nghi M-Tea’s premium original loose-leaf black tea line, produced in Bảo Lộc – the tea capital of Vietnam, specifically designed for professional milk tea, fruit tea and beverage shops.
The tea carries subtle notes of bamboo, sugarcane and natural herbs with a bold – rustic – refined character, creating a balanced, benchmark base for all drink recipes.

🍃 Ingredients & Origin
100% natural tea leaves hand-picked from the mountains of Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng – a land with a mild climate year-round and red basalt soil rich in minerals. The tea is processed with traditional fermentation, preserving a clear amber liquor, pure and deep aroma, and a strong yet smooth taste with a naturally long-lasting sweet finish.

A. Fruit Tea Brewing
Ratio: 10 g tea / 300 ml water (1:30)
Temperature: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 30 g
Syrup/Juice: 30 ml (or 45 ml jam/smoothie)
Lime/Calamansi: 5 ml – Ice: 50 g

B. Milk Tea Brewing
Ratio: 10 g tea / 200 ml water (1:20)
Temperature: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 20 g
Creamer: 20 g
Ice: 200 g

Applications: Ideal as a base for milk tea, fruit tea, orange lemongrass tea, lychee tea, latte, cold brew and modern milk foam series.
