Black Tea Special is Cát Nghi M-Tea’s premium scented black tea line, produced in Bảo Lộc – the tea capital of Vietnam, for fruit tea, milk tea and professional beverage shops.
The tea combines the depth of traditional black tea with gentle woody and floral notes, creating a light, refined and perfectly balanced cup.

🍃 Ingredients & Origin
100% natural tea leaves hand-picked from the mountains of Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng – a region with cool climate all year and mineral-rich red basalt soil.
The tea is naturally scented and processed using traditional methods, giving a clear amber liquor with subtle wood and floral notes, a robust yet smooth taste and a clean, sweet finish.

A. Fruit Tea Brewing
Ratio: 10 g tea / 300 ml water (1:30)
Temperature & time: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 30 g
Syrup/Juice: 30 ml (or 45 ml jam/smoothie)
Lime/Calamansi: 5 ml
Ice: 50 g

B. Milk Tea Brewing
Ratio: 10 g tea / 200 ml water (1:20)
Temperature & time: 92°C – 15 minutes
Sugar: 20 g
Creamer: 20 g
Ice: 200 g

Applications: Floral fruit teas, black tea latte, cold brew, and as a base for modern milk foam series.
