HM-203 Automatic Aligning Machine

HM-203 is an automatic aligning machine that can line up 60 pieces of product per minute at maximum speed on customized tray. The PLC operation panel with microcomputer processor for 9 sets of data memory can set the product arrangement according to sizes and spacing. HM-203 can set 15 baking tray at a time, automatically placing the tray at the position for aligning. Saving labor cost and improving efficiency, HM-203 can increase productivity and maintain high quality. In addition, HM-203 is a multipurpose machine that can be used for automatic production line for all kinds of food. With an encrusting machine and automatic stamping machine, HM-203 can build up an efficient moon cake, maamoul and pastry production line.
