Exhibitor Profile

CHUNLIN UNION CO.,

MINIPAN Founded in 1972, it has been in business for 50 years. It is a brand of professional food machinery manufacturing factory. All products are designed and manufactured in Taiwan. Founded in 1972 in Fengyuan, Taichung, Minipan Food Machinery has deep roots in Taiwan’s pastry industry. During the Japanese colonial period, the establishment of a local flour mill sparked the rise of baking businesses, earning Fengyuan the title of “Cake and Pastry City.” Originally producing planetary mixers, Minipan shifted focus in the 1990s to develop spiral mixers, specializing in dough mixing for export to Southeast Asia and the U.S. Domestically, we’re known for our heated mixers, particularly for making bean paste. In response to modern food safety standards, we developed a full line of stainless steel machines. In 2022, the brand was unified as Minipan, combining tradition and innovation to serve global partners with quality, efficiency, and reliability.
