At our Ritto factory in Shiga, we design and build most equipment in-house using CAD and advanced machine tools, with the exception of certain imported items. Our lineup includes ovens; freezer-proofer, proofers, and freezers; vertical and spiral mixers; moulders; divider-rounders; convection ovens; reverse sheeters; plus racks and special-purpose machines. We also handle high-performance imported machines and can consult on new, nearly new, and used equipment.
